SOLAR BEAMS
Scientists around the world are thinking about a possible future project to gain energy for the world without using Earth's resources.
The concept is quite simple, hundreds of small satellites would be sent into space, capturing solar energy from everywhere in space and then "beaming" all the energy on earth, to a solar station. This would allow us to take the solar energy from outer space and use it on Earth. This project is refered as Omega. It should be able to supply 2GW of power maximum, the équivalent of six million solar panels production.
Another way to product energy without using our planet's resources could be to mine resources from the moon, who has a bigger proportion of uranium than Earth. Scientists predict that this will be possible in large quantities when a station called the Lunar gateway station will be built around the moon.
Right now, those scientists are researching to find other ideas, to bring energy to our planet from space.

It was the night before Christmas.
Sophie didn’t want to go to sleep because tomorrow was the big day. The day she was going to get all her presents. Her parents were starting to get annoyed because she was running all around the house not wanting to go to sleep.
”Sophie!, Her mother screamed angrily“ you have to go to bed now”
“Or you won’t get any presents” added her father
“but I’m so excited how could I possibly go to sleep! I can’t wait any longer!
After 20 minutes of negotiation with her parents she finally went to bed.
Sophie loved Christmas it was her favorite time of the year. When she finally fell asleep she suddenly woke up in the middle of the air on Father Christmas sleigh. She was so flabbergasted that she screamed. Santa stoped the sleigh and turned around.
“why are you so scared?” Question Father Christmas
“what are you doing ?” Shouted the little girl worried.
“well this year you are the chosen child to go on my adventure to deliver the presents.
Sophie felt so special and grateful that she was the chosen child, they spent all night together delivering all the presents to all the people in the world.
A few hours later her parents came into her room to wake her up she woke up confused and thought it was all a dream but she looked at her left and on her bedside table was a little note saying :
“ What a fun night. Thank you for helping me” xoxo Father Christmas.
And she realized it was all true.

Lunar Outpost has been awarded a contract to take rocks from the moon with a robotics firm!
NASA will pay them $1 for this “mission” by the weight of the lunar regolith (between 50g and 500g). The company Lunar Outpost will be paid in three parts, the first 10% will be paid at the time of the award, the second 10% will be paid when the company starts to collect and the other 80% will be paid when NASA confirms that the company has collected the material.
They plan that the “mission” will take place in 2023 or even before !
The company continues talking to Blue Origins, a company founded by Amazon which is a space exploration firm.
Several scientific benefits are also expected from this mission, such as giving permission for the firms to practice extracting resources from the surface of the moon.

The first batch of vaccines has arrived in the UK on the 4th of December.
The vaccine is made in Belgium and is distributed everywhere by the Eurotunnel. It needs to be stored at a temperature about -70°C.
Even though some doctors don't believe that it's going to work, UK doctors still have faith in their product. They ordered nearly 40 million doses for 20 million vaccinations.
Doctors around the world affirm that if the vaccine works, it'll take down nearly 99 % of deaths caused by the coronavirus, and highly reduce the number of hospitalizations .
The UK is starting to organise themselves and install necessary devices for the virus' storage. They are also starting to show the order of priority to vaccinate people, starting from the eldest (80 years and above) to the youngest.

Italy bans Christmas travel between regions
Italy is banning travel between its regions from the 21st December to the 6th of January.
A curfew from 22:00 to 05:00 will also be put in place. Some regions decided to allow takeaways until 18:00 but only takeaways are allowed in other parts of the country. Ski slopes won’t open until the 7th of January. There will be travel exceptions for work, medical reasons or emergencies. People will not be allowed to leave their hometowns on Christmas Day,Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. More than 58,000 people have lost their lives to Covid-19 in Italy. Italy announced its highest daily death toll on Thursday since the pandemic started, with 993 fatalities. Before Thursday, the country’s previous record daily death toll was 969 on the 27th of March 2020.

Tiger accident
A tiger "almost ripped" off the arm of a volunteer in a protected area for Big Cats. This place was shown in the Netflix series: Tiger King.
Candy Crouser, who had been working at Big Cat Rescue for five years, arrived at the cage of Kimba, a male tiger, to feed him. She found him in a sector far from where he usually got his food. She put her hand in the cage to unlock the door, but unfortunately Kimba seized her arm and ripped it off to the shoulder. The ambulance got Candy to the hospital in 20 minutes.
Candy said that she didn't want Kimba to be punished because of the accident, which was due to her own mistake. The tiger was put into quarantine for thirty days as a security measure, even though he was acting normally on account of the presence of food.

Online shopping beware!
Online festive shoppers, be aware! According to the BBC the risk of cyber-fraudsters is high. Last Christmas season, the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau recorded 17.405 declarations of online fraud with an estimated loss of £13.5m pounds over the festive season November 2019 to January 2020. As a result the NCSC (National Cyber Security Center) decided to launch its CYBER AWARE campaign in association with a number of other organisations. Their desire is to allow people and associations to protect themselves online, especially over the next Christmas shopping periods. As part of this initiative, the NCSC has also launched a television and radio advertising campaign running until Christmas Eve with six essential guidelines to help protect online shopper’s bank accounts and devices.

BBC News : The Collapsing of the Arecibo Observatory Telescope
The Arecibo Observatory Telescope was situated at Porto Rico. It wasn't in service when it collapsed because it had been shut down earlier this year because of the construction's deterioration. This telescope was one of the biggest telescopes in the world. It led to many important astronomical discoveries and it was even featured in the James Bond film GoldenEye and other Hollywood movies. Fortunately, nobody was injured or killed despite the violence of the accident.
But what is the history of this huge radio telescope ?
The Arecibo was built in the 1960s. The intention of the construction was to study the ionosphere, an upper part of Earth’s atmosphere which is situated at about 100km of the surface of the planet. But finally, it was used as an all-purpose radio observatory. In 1992, the telescope also helped to make the first definitive detection of exoplanets, planetary bodies orbiting other stars.

The kid of the year:
A teenager of 15 years old scientist and inventor called Gitanjali Rao had been chosen out of 5,000 American contestants.
She invented an app that detects cyberbullying and a gadget that can identify poisonous metal in drinking water. She invented the gadget because her parents tested the water with strips and it took a few tries before the test to be perfect.
"If I can do it, you can do it, and anyone can do it”,she said.
During an interview for the Times magazine she declared that she wasn’t a typical scientist. She doesn’t look like the basic TV scientist.
The teenage girl said that her goal has really changed, not only to create her own gadgets to solve the world's problems, but also to inspire others to do the same. Because, in her personal experience, it's not easy to see no one else like you.
Ms Rao, from the US state of Colorado, said there are many problems that need to be solved in the world and that our generation is facing so many problems that we've never seen before. But then at the same time we're facing old problems that still exist.
Covid 19 Vaccine NEWS
The first consignment of the coronavirus vaccine has arrived in the UK. The UK has ordered 40 million doses to vaccinate at least 20 million people, and has become the first country in the world to approve the Pfizer vaccination on Wednesday.
These vaccines could certainly prevent 99% of COVID-19 deaths but we don’t know if it’s totally safe for the population. The politicians say that it is key to distribute the vaccine as fast and at the highest volume as possible while some scientists say that the UK did not do it carefully and they may be going to quickly.
Elderly people in care houses are on top of the priority list for the vaccine

CLICK ! CLICK! CLICK!
On Christmas Eve, John offered to take care his girlfriend’s nine year old brother,Ethan.His girlfriend, Trudy had gone out for a couple of hours with her mother for Christmas shopping whilst her father was looking for a Christmas tree.
John decided to take Ethan to the park to pass time . In the park there were a lot of lights and a big pine tree with plenty of Christmas decorations, there are also a lot of playing structures where Ethan spent most of his time. John was off to the side texting on his mobile phone to some friends when he saw out of the corner of his eye, something that gave him chills. Underneath a flickering light a shadowy figure of a man, he was just standing and staring at them the light went off in the man disappeared. John was a bit shaken but he didn’t take it too seriously thinking it was his imagination. A few minutes later while they were walking towards one of the exits they saw the strange man again, he looked dirty like if he’d lived on the streets for a while. John got a very bad feeling when the strange man started to approach them with one of his hands behind his back John immediately thought he was clenching a knife and grabbed Ethan and started running towards the exit that led onto the street . As he was running the lights started clicking and flashing on and off knowing that at every single click the strange man is getting closer and closer and it kept going CLICK ! CLICK! CLICK! John reached into his pocket to find marbles that Ethan had asked him to keep. He threw them onto the ground behind him as he kept running, when he realized that his girlfriends house wasn’t too far away, he then told Ethan that they were going to his house and everything was under control. They finally arrived at the street where Ethan‘s family lived. When they heard a loud bang that sent shivers down John spine. John looked at Ethan teary eyes and said tike if he was thinking out-loud . “What are we going to do”. In that instant John remembered that his girlfriend had installed a security alarm because they had been a burglary the year before. He then broke a window and the alarm went wailing, calling the police.
The police arrived on site five minutes later, looking around, taking John and Ethan's statement. A couple of streets back the police found a body of a man that matched the description of John and Ethan had given them. It was the same man that was chasing them and what shocked Ethan the most was that the DNA of the man was the exact same of his fathers then the police realized that it was Ethan’s father that had tried to chase them and kill them. Their father claims schizophrenic but deep down Ethan knew that he was just trying to kill him because I did not have enough money to pay for his schooling. His father did not want to waste money on Ethan.

After losing the elections Donald Trump refuse to leave the White House
WHEN WILL HE ADMIT THAT HE HAS LOST ?
During the ballot and after that Biden got the 270 great electors votes needed for him to win the White House and the 2020 Election, Donald Trump has demanded to recount the votes in the states where the results were very close. Biden's victory was announced when he was playing golf in Virginia, as if he wasn't worried about the results and he was going to win in any case. In fact, according to him, the election was fixed by the new president. But does he have proof ?

Biden will normally enter into the White House on the 20th January 2021, who will win the fight ?

Four students of 2nd have answered our questions !
Most of the students thought that highschool wouldn’t close and that the virus could be dangerous for more vulnerable people. Some of them think that it is better to work at home because you have more time to work and others prefer to go to school to see friends and to concentrate.So far with what we know highschools aren’t going to close and the lockdown is helpful !
But it can be difficult for the teenagers to stay at home when normally they would have been downtown with their friends or at someone else’s house…

The Caousou : Presented by 4°Euro
The Caousou is one of the best and prestigious schools in all of Toulouse.
A little bit of Caousou information and history:
-In 1974 on the 6th of October. The Caousou opens its doors for the first time for big preps schools.
-On Wednesday the 2nd of October in 1986 a gigantic fire ravaged the whole roofing of the building, luckily no got hurt and they managed to fix it quite quickly!

Crash bam! (English short story)
The parents and Wilston were quite eager about spending the night inside this oddly looking mansion, but the others weren’t really confident though:
“I dare say, we should quickly find another place”, said Grace shivering.
“Don’t worry sweetheart, it’ll be just fine”, soothingly said her mother.
“Of course !” Agreed her father.
A few minutes later, Wilston started running up the stairs trying to find something interesting like a secret pathway in this old dusty property. Grace worrying, rushed up the stairs looking for her brother, she suddenly heard an ear-splitting whistling sound. She reassured herself and marched slowly towards the noise, thinking it was her brother. She arrived at the end of the corridor and found a kitchen, a kettle was boiling!!! :
“But who or what put the kettle on?! Said Grace.
My parents are still downstairs with Charles, and Wilston does not know how to make tea!
So who!?”
She scurried back to her family, and saw Elizabeth holding a warm cup of tea between her hands.
She immediately thought that her mother was the one who used the kettle, but she knew that her mum had taken cups and a bottle of tea with her for the travel. Even though, she didn’t pay any attention to these details usually. Elizabeth must have made more tea! Grace thought trying to reassure herself.
After that fright, she confidently walked back up the stairs trying to find a room for the night. She spotted a very nice, fancy, antique bedroom. When Grace entered, she let the door open and instantly noticed a big old mirror with a golden frame. She saw in the glass that her face was an absolute mess, she seemed very tired. Suddenly she spotted in the mirror a shadow with a strange tall humanoid shape that was standing in the corridor, paralysed by the fear she didn’t scream and kept looking in the mirror, the door slowly closed by itself and suddenly then, she caught sight of the same shadow appearing on the white door.
She turned around as calmly as possible, hoping it was her father and hastily scrutinized the room for an explanation but she found nothing. She scurried in the subdued corridor to find her parents and while running, she heard the same whistling sound that she had heard earlier from the kettle, but louder. She ran until she was breathless but still the sound was getting louder and louder every second. It felt like the noise was pursuing her, and...she fainted.
When she woke up she was lying down on a lump in the ground and noticed she was sitting on her mom’s necklace. Which made her realise that the lump was actually her mother buried underground!
She stood up and started to weep. She then also noticed that there were two other lumps! Was it her brothers Wilston and Charles?! It seemed like it! She turned around towards the mansion trying to look away and caught a glimpse of her father in the property! He looked out of one’s mind as if he had lost his memory.
Grace started running the opposite direction hoping her father wouldn’t come after her. She stopped, out of breath on a road when suddenly:
CRASH,BAM!
She hit a car.
The driver came out with a pale face thinking that he had killed her…
"-Hey Nerd! " Lucas called, receiving Avery's attention.
The young girl flinched, seeing her bullies again. The day before they made her do horrible things and hit her after school. Only because her dream was to be a singer…
" H-hello" she responded, hesitating
"-So what do you want us to do to you today loser ? "asked Scarlett while laughing at her
"- Please ! Leave me alone…"
"-Oh look guys ! The loser wants us to leave her alone ! Are we going to do that ? " Mason said, smirking
"- Of course not." responded Jack
Avery shook her head, she wasn't prepared to be bullied again. She turned her back on them and started running out of the building. While sprinting out, she turned her head back only to see the gang running after her. Turning her head back, and even though she was tired, she decided to rush faster toward her house. She didn't want them to catch up on her. She ran as fast as she could, she finally got to her house before they caught up to her. She locked herself in the house and waited for the bullies to leave. She quickly realised they wouldn't go anywhere without her.
Days have past and she didn’t go to school. She was too scared to tell her parents that she spent her days at home. One day, her parents realized that she wasn't going to school anymore, so they went up to her room.
- “Avery… Are you alright?” asked her mother
- “Yes.” replied Avery coolly
- “So why didn’t you go to college?” continued her father
- “I- uh..” muttered Avery
- “If you are alright then go to school. I’ll tell your teacher that you were sick.”said her mother coldly
- “Yes mom” whispered Avery
Avery got prepared and went to college. She arrived perfectly on time for the third period, unfortunately, she shared that period with Scarlett. As she passed in front of her, the bully said in a threatening way:
- “Ooh, look what the cat dragged in!”
- ”Scarlett, leave me alone please!” begged Avery.
- “Should I?” asked Scarlett sarcastically. “Well, I think that the boys should know that you're back, loser!”
- ”No! Please!” begged once more Avery
But Scarlett just roared with laughter as she brushed Avery’s comment like a vulgar insect.
Avery started to be seriously depressed and started to give up on her dream. All hopes were lost, no one believed in her. She herself started to think she was a loser, and that she had no talent. Her parents didn't know about the situation: she never told them. She had no one to rely on. The hurtful words the bullies told were torturing her. Every night after finishing her homework, she layed on her bed, telling herself how pathetic she was.
It was that night, that one special night that all happened. She was closing her eyes to go to sleep, and surprisingly, succeeded immediately. Her dream transported her into a concert. Lights were shining around her, everything was beautiful. It only made her feel even sadder, knowing she would never be the one performing on scene. No one would ever cheer for her as hard as they cheered for the performer. The lights changed colours, the music started to play and the singer stepped onto the stage, her back facing the audience.
"-Her hair is so pretty…" she said to herself as she watched the performer’s hair float
Suddenly a guitarist joined in and the woman on the stage turned back to face the crowd. Her make up was perfectly done, her outfit was stunning,the long white satin dress that the women wore and the makeup made Avery even sadder. But then, she realized, those eyes, those lips, this nose….it was HER!
"-I-is that m-me?” Avery said to herself
The future Avery looked in her direction and smiled brightly at her. Avery was shocked, so was that how she was going to look when she would be older if she didn't give up ? Was she really going to become a singer ? Would this be her future if she keeps being strong?
The woman looked again in her direction and started to sing.
She then winked at Avery, and everything around the girl started to become blurry, deformed. She opened her eyes violently… she was in her bed, in her house, in her depressed life. But she didn't care, her confidence grew back, she was going to succeed in her dream, and no one could stop her from achieving it. She looked at the clock next to her bed, time to go to school. She prepared her bag, got ready, ate her breakfast and went to school. Arriving at the place that she used to fear, she passed the bullies, smirked at them and ignored their insults. She glanced back at them and saw that they were furious and surprised that she had the nerves to ignore them.
“-Yo! Loser, what happened to you ?!” yelled Mason.
“- Leave me alone!” screamed back, Avery.
“- Now you got the nerve to talk back at us?That is adorable!” sneered Lucas
“-What should we do,boys?” asked Scarlett
“-Teach her a lesson?” proposed Jack
“-No no no boys. We'll let her off the hook for once. She had at least the nerves to talk back to us.” said Scarlett suspiciously
“-Fine. Let’s go guys.” grunted Mason.
“-Your no fun,Scarlett," mumbled angrily Lucas
Avery was stunned.
“Di-Did they just do nothing to me just because I talked back!?”thought Avery surprised.
But she did realize that Scarlett was suspicious as she said that. But she just thought that she was paranoid.
Several months later exam day came closer along with graduation day. The bullies didn't bother her anymore since the day she talked back at them.But they were acting suspicious.
Avery didn't really care since she was busy studying for the final exam.
“-Finally! The exams are finished!” sighed Avery hopefully “-I hope i get grades good enough to enter Sky Entertainment…”
Sky Entertainment was a music company, lots of famous artists that succeeded auditioned at this company. She always wanted to audition, and it was the perfect moment. She had confidence, self love, talent, motivation, looks...everything was there so she could make it.
The bullies were unfortunately not done with her. They were still irritated at Avery for talking back at them.
A few days passed and Avery was still expecting the exams results when:
“ Will Avery Smith come to the head office”
“-Huh? What does the principal want with me?” thought Avery, surprised.
So she went to the principal,
“-Avery Smith ?” asked the principal without looking up.
“-Y-yes…”answered Avery shyly
“-Good.I wanted to talk to you about your grades.” said the principal without looking up once again.
“-W-what about th-them?” whispered Avery warningly
“-You were an excellent student. I think you still are but what happened to your final grades?” said the principal, finally looking at her student.
“-Huh? What happened!? I did study! I promise!” half-screamed Avery
“-No it's not that. We did notice you studied, and your results would be great, but here I’ve been told that you cheated.” said the principal calmly.
- “Wh-wha!? Who told you that?” half-screamed Avery once again
- “I will not tell you the names Miss Smith” said the principal cooly
- “I promise that i didn’t cheat!” said Avery
- “I trust you.You couldn't have cheated. They haven't brought any proof.
- “Oh ok. But do I still pass or I haven't passed?” asked Avery shyly
- “Me and the teachers are still thinking about it, you are dismissed” said the principal
- “Ok…” said Avery while she was walking towards the door.
“I'm sure that it was Jack, Lucas, Mason and Scarlett. They are still angry at me for talking back at them. Well I won't let that bring me down.” thought Avery while walking out of the office.
Back at home, Avery thought a while about today. She knew that since the moment she was accused of cheating, the chances of getting into Sky Entertainment immediately lowered,as the company was very strict about cheating. She also knew that if she succeeded in getting in, it would be by her singing and dancing skills.She may not get the grades but she may get in by her skills.
The next day, she went to school. She was so lost in thoughts that she didn't notice that her bullies were coming up to her, certainly up to no good.
“-Yo! Ugly! Whats up? Did the principal scold you? Are you expelled? We hope so!" Said Jack
"You know what Jack? I've had enough! I am sick of all of you! How do you feel about ruining someone's life? Are you happy about it? What does it bring you? Nothing I knew it! How would you feel if i knew you wanted to be an actor, and for no reason, I just tried to ruin your dreams? Would you like it? Would you still laugh if I hit you? No, I don't think so. And the reason why I didn't is because I have a heart and a brain. I don't just go around bullying people. Because knowing that I'm destroying someone hurts me! You know what you all are? Fools! Because you think putting students down will make you popular. Well you are sure known all around the school, but everyone hates you. If I were you I would just think about it and apologize!"
With these words, she walked past them, bumping her shoulder on Scarlett's.
"-Guys… I think she's right…" she whispered
"-Huh? What do you mean? Are you seriously going to take her side?" Yelled Mason
"-I actually understand her…" she continued " We ruined her life for no reason and we were happy about it.."
The girl looked down, ashamed of herself.
"-What have we done? We owe her an apology" she finished, her tears rolling down her cheeks
"-You're right, but I don't think I can ever look in her eyes again...maybe we can do better...what if we go and see the principal?" Lucas declared
"-BRILLIANT! What if we tell him all the truth? Maybe Sky Entertainment will get her in after all!” Shouted Jack
Years later, Avery was on stage with a guitarist.She went on the big scene with the curtains closed and showed her back to the audience. People were cheering for her hard. Everything was beautiful,lights were shining, the place was colorful .Even so that wasn't her first show,she was very nervous. The curtains opened. She still wasn't facing the audience. People were cheering even harder. The music started and the lights changed. She turned and looked at the audience. Everyone stopped for a second. She was gorgeous. Her hair was floating around her. Normally it would look weird but on her… Everything was magical. Her white satin dress with the makeup combined made her look stunning. Everything was perfect.
She then suddenly remembered.
Several years ago, she dreamed about this. Her eyes suddenly changed direction, and stared at where she remembered to be at that time. It was with her biggest pleasure that she saw her past self, looking at her with big eyes. Avery started to sing, and with a big smile on her face, she winked at her.

The Triplet incident
“Pregnant ?!” shrieked Christie’s mother shocked.
“That’s unacceptable ! You haven’t finished your studies yet !“ continued her father frightened by
the idea of being a grandfather already.
Christie was studying medicine when she learned this. She wasn’t ready at all to welcome a
newborn; she was only 19. She knew she had been stupid that night, but she didn’t think it
would lead to this ! The young woman was as distraught as her mother, but she still had a
glimmer of hope that her parents would calm down and help her through this horribly difficult
situation.
She decided to keep the baby but to first talk to the “father”. He didn’t even know about the
situation.
“John we need to talk...” she began calmly
“Yes of course. About what ?” he replied
“I-I...I’m pr-pr-pregnant.” she stammered, desperate.
“What ! Is this a joke ? You cheated on me? That’s not possible!” he yelled angrily.
“Please calm down, we are going to find a solution. Together, everything will be alright !”
Christie added, cautiously in hopes of calming him down.
“Together! Are you serious ! This child isn't mine ! I’m not responsible for your stupidity ! Now
keep your problems to yourself ! I have nothing to do with this !” he bellowed.
That's when Christie realised that she had made a very big mistake.
Christie found herself alone, pregnant and with very little money in her pockets. She decided to
keep the baby anyway, but had to resolve to stop studying. A child would be too difficult to raise
alone when going to university.
One day, when she was at about four months of pregnancy, she went to the hospital for a
check-up. A very kind nurse started the ultrasound and suddenly rushed out of the room. She
came back within seconds accompanied by a doctor more experienced than her. There was a
small silence and the nurse finally said:
“Are you aware that you are pregnant with three girls, triplets ?”
Four months later, Christie walked out of the hospital with three beautiful baby girls .
Taking care of the girls was a real struggle; she didn’t have much money. The children were at a
public nursery and Christie worked at the café right across the street from the appartement.
While she was working, her mother kindly took care of Charlotte, Cherry, Chelsea.
She was doing her shopping one day and trying to pay for the diapers but her card kept being
rejected. Luckily, a handsome gentleman offered to pay. Christie was a little embarrassed but
didn’t have the choice to accept. They timidly exchanged their numbers and walked their own
ways.
Two days had passed since the encounter when she received a call.
“Hey Christie I was wondering if you were free for dinner tonight ?” asked Christoph.
“I am sorry I have to stay home with my toddlers...” she replied disappointed.
“Oh what a shame ! Is that why you were buying diapers the other day?”he questioned
chuckling.
“Well... yeah I guess !”she replied shyly
“Tomorrow, Saturday, why don’t we all go out for lunch at Gordon’s Gourmet !” he suggested.
“Ummm...I can’t really afford that place.” Christie remarked, a little embarrassed.
“It’s fine I was planning on paying anyway.” he reassured her.
The next day they were eating all together.The waitress mentioned what a beautiful family they
made. Christie blushed at the idea. Christoph smiled and thought for a minute.
“Did I mention to you I am an orphan, never got to know my parents?” asked Christoph as they
were pushing the triple-pram along the alleys of the nearby park, after what turned out to be a
joyful “family” lunch.
“An orphan ?” Christie thought for a while. Life could be kind of ironic. Christoph wished he had
parents, Christie never wished to have a baby, let alone three. But for Christoph to consider the
prospect of having a three-kid family after having been alone for his first twenty-five years, was
a twist he could only dream of.
Christie and Christoph started dating in the following months only to grow ever fonder of each
other. This was the beginning of a long and successful relationship ! Five months later the four
girls had moved in with Christoph. He cared about the girls and decided to hire a full-time nanny
to allow Christie to return to her medical studies.
Their bond was strong so he proposed only 1 year later: “Will you marry me ?” he finally asked.
